Advantages:
1. Protecting Strips
As the inflatable games need to be used under the situation of constant jumping pressure, 10cm width protecting strips are added to each 2cm width side of the stitching of all the jumping surface
2. PVDF Sliding Material
The sliding cover is stick by the velcro, we use the special sliding material and it painted with PVDF. PVDF has its minimum friction coefficient, which makes players comfortable and having fun while sliding down smoothly from the inflatable slide
3. Digital printing, silk printing, or hand painting
will be used depend on the design, moreover, we will make a liquid protecting film on the surface of the digital printing so that it will not be sticky even though a long time. We use advanced technical machine, the Polaris 512 high precision guide rail inkjet printer. After the printing, we will cover a UV protection oil layer to keep the image bright and shiny. We also provide hand painting. Kids like it very much. Our excellent painter can draw different pictures as you want.
4. Double & Quadruple Stitching
Double stitching is applied to all of inflatable games. Moreover we use quadruple stitching or extra patches on all the stress areas like the bottom of the pillars, pop-ups, entrances,and high traffic floor seams to build the game stronger and safer.
5. Anchor Strips
Triangle anchor strips and D rings are equipped every 1.5m distance at the bottom of our products. It is also equipped every 3.5m height on the two side of our products for firmly fixed and against wind.
